Vehicle Technician Norwich 28,000 - 38,000 + Bonus Main Dealer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealer in Norwich, specialising in both cars and light commercial vehicles. This role offers a great work-life balance along with a clear path for professional development.

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in the inspection, servicing, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of vehicles. You'll work with modern diagnostic tools and manufacturer support, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and systems

• Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs

• Carrying out work in line with manufacturer and legal standards

• Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers when required

• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and parts used

• Ensuring every vehicle is returned in safe, roadworthy condition

• Staying current with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing brand training

• Supporting the workshop team and maintaining a smooth, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a vehicle technician role, or a relevant qualification

• Ideally qualified to Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• MOT Tester licence is highly desirable but not essential

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Full UK driving licence
