Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician in Newcastle. The role follows a 8am-5pm schedule on weekdays with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am-12:30pm), at a car dealership.

You will perform service operations and document work, upholding safety and manufacturer standards. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have 2+ years' experience, own tools, a full manual UK driving license, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
• Must own your own tools and toolbox.
• Must hold a full manual UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of service operations with accuracy and quality.
• Apply good technical skills to maintenance and repair tasks.
• Carry out assembly operations and maintenance with high quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document service work and advise customers on findings.
