Job description

Vehicle Technician needed – Newbury in Berkshire

Salary – £33,600 plus bonus

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:15 (45-minute lunch break). Saturday 08:00 – 17:00, 1 in 4 weekends.

Weekly bonus based on performance, paid at hourly rate. Saturday work also qualifies for bonus at hourly rate.

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a full range of vehicles. You will also handle and store vehicle parts appropriately and ensure excellent customer service from start to finish.

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• A focus on continuous development, learning, and adapting
• Health and safety awareness
• Completion of an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Repair (Level 3) or equivalent BTEC or City & Guilds qualifications
