Job description

Join Our Team as a Vehicle Technician at FreeSpirits

We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to work across workshops and dealerships in Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees, Darlington & Durham.

Benefits
  • Salary up to £40,000 per annum + Company bonus scheme
  • Contracted up to 42.5 hours per week
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, and one Saturday per month 08:30 - 13:00
  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Additional benefits: Pension scheme, on-site parking, discounts
Role Overview

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to the highest standards. Your work will be in a fast-paced workshop environment, ensuring efficiency and safety in every repair.

Candidate Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic procedures, mechanical and electrical fault finding, and routine servicing
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
