Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Vehicle Service Technician in Harrow, Greater London. You will perform interim, full and major vehicle services, plus follow-up repairs such as tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension, to deliver first-class customer service.

Qualified technicians with Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time-served experience, plus a full driving licence (≤9 points) are encouraged to apply. Excellent benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme await.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc).

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major vehicle services as well as follow-up repair and replacement work.
• Perform tyre, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension tasks and maintain high service standards.
• Contribute to a great customer experience at Halfords Fusion centres.
