Overview

Vehicle Technician
Location: Leicester
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 basic depending on qualifications and experience, £42,000 OTE (Uncapped, based on efficiency and hours sold)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours with Saturday mornings on rota

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our client's workshop based in Leicester.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance to be considered for this position
  • Full UK driving license
