Our client, a friendly family-run garage in the Ipswich area, is currently looking to expand their team and hire a fully qualified, experienced, and professional Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic for their busy workshop.

Technician Job Specification:

As a Vehicle Technician, your main duties will include fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs as instructed, ensuring work is carried out to the standards laid down by our client. You need to accurately diagnose faults and ensure that quality procedures relating to the vehicle's function, as specified by our client and manufacturer, are adhered to at all times.

Applicant Specification:

Our client ideally requires 3 NVQ or equivalent qualifications. An MOT license is non-essential but would be advantageous. You must hold a valid driving license, be a committed individual, and a good team player. The ability to produce high-quality work in a busy environment and motivation to work towards team targets are essential.
