Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a market leading vehicle specialist in High Wycombe. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and the chance to work in a modern repair facility.

You will diagnose and service a wide range of vehicles, perform health checks and ensure service standards are followed, reporting findings to the service advisor. Saturday work on rota is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership environment.
• Able to diagnose systems and easily fault find on a range of vehicles.
• Ability to work confidently and accurately on your own initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out diagnostics, servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Performing thorough vehicle health checks and reporting issues to the service advisor.
• Working to manufacturer service and repair standards.
• Completing job cards and service reports with accuracy.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership environment
• Able to diagnose systems and easily fault find on a range of vehicles

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent

Desirable:

• MOT Tester certification
• Manufacturer specific training
