Revved Up Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in London. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs, diagnose faults and ensure work is completed to a high standard.

The role is full-time and permanent with regular hours, a focus on safety and quality, and opportunities to develop technical skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Vehicle Technician

About the Role

Revved Up Recruitment is working with a client who is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in their work, has a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs, and is looking for a long-term position within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance and repair work, working efficiently and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and identify the necessary repairs.
• Complete mechanical repairs to a high standard.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and identify additional work required.
• Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Communicate any technical issues or additional repair requirements to the relevant team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
• A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet workshop deadlines.
• Relevant automotive qualifications are desirable.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm

Full-time, permanent position.
