The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing electronic vehicle health checks and providing detailed reports
• Identifying additional repair requirements and recommendations
• Working closely with Service Advisors and customers when required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance
• Participating in ongoing training and development programmes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• A customer‑focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
