Job summary

Vertu Toyota Doncaster is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our service team. You will perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring customer safety and vehicle reliability. You’ll work in a busy workshop, focusing on quality and first-time fixes.

We offer a competitive salary based on a 41-hour week with overtime on Saturdays and a total sign-on bonus of £4,000. Manufacturer training, progression opportunities, and generous benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• A recognised automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Your own tools.
• A full UK driving licence.

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £36,950, based on your skills and experience. This is based on a 41 hour working week and Saturday mornigs paid as overtime plus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

You will also receive a sign on bonus of £2000 in month one of your employment and an additional £2000 in month 13!

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for our customers. Your work will help build trust and keep vehicles safe and reliable. You’ll carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards – from routine checks to complex fixes. Quality and first-time accuracy are at the heart of what we do.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own tools
• A full UK driving licence
