About the role

As a Vehicle Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of a diverse fleet, including vans, pickups, HGVs, and cranes. The role involves working daily with overtime on most days, with weekend overtime available.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Conduct routine services, inspections, and maintenance on all vans and light-duty vehicles
• Assist with HGV, trailer, and crane maintenance, with opportunities to develop in these areas
• Perform yard duties, including loading vehicles and participating in transport and lifting activities

About you

You should have strong experience and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, along with a valid driving license. It would be advantageous to hold a Class 2 and forklift license and have experience working with HGVs and hydraulic systems.
