Job Description

Since the Army National Guard uses a variety of electronic systems, power is essential to success. As a Power-Generation Equipment Repairer, you'll supply the power needed for various Army activities, anytime and anywhere.

In this role, you'll support military operations by performing preventive maintenance on generation equipment, replacing voltage regulators, governors, or circuit cards, and adjusting frequencies and voltages using technical publications to improve equipment efficiency.

Training Details

10 weeks of Basic Training plus approximately 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, including classroom and field instruction in electrical power systems.
