The position provides competitive pay (£17/hour) with overtime, 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm), potential OTE £42,000, and Saturday overtime. Self-employed invoicing options are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or LCV Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a broad range of vehicles.
• Conduct mechanical repairs including clutch replacements and heavier tasks.
• Provide honest and professional advice to customers.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and workshop cleanliness.
• Manage workshop workflow to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
