Job summary

Jemca Car Group is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician at Toyota Bromley. You will service, diagnose, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, perform health checks, and prepare cars for MOT. You will collaborate with service advisors and maintain safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours with optional Saturdays, upfront bonus opportunities, and ongoing Toyota manufacturer training for career progression.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: Toyota Bromley

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + uncappedbonus (estimated at £20,000) + Guaranteed Bonus while on Annual Leave and Training +£2,000 signing bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 (Paid overtime at 1.5 x hourly rate)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualifiedVehicle Technician
• A valid MOT licence (preferred)
• Experience in a main dealer environment preferred, or from an independent with strong diagnostic software skills
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair processes
• High levels of efficiency with a results-driven approach
• A full UK driving licence is essential
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and delivering results
