Job role – Vehicle Technician

Salary – £28,000

Rapier Employment LTD is looking to hire a Vehicle Technician to join their client's small, family-run garage in Steventon, Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.

The successful vehicle technician must be a team player, able to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines, with great customer service skills. The successful vehicle technician should have at least a Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair and/or experience in similar roles.

The Vehicle Technician role will include vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic work.

Salary ranges – £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on qualification & experience.

Working hours – Full time, Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch, with consideration for flexible working hours for the right candidate. Also expected to work every other Saturday morning but with time off in the week to reflect this.

Benefits – 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and after probation, the opportunity to join the company pension scheme. Free onsite parking.
