Job summary

Grimsby, United Kingdom-based family-run automotive group is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our automotive team. You will manage new and used vehicle enquiries, oversee Finance & Insurance sales, and drive profitability following the D. M.

Keith Way. This role offers a base salary of £30,000 with an achievable OTE of £53,000 per year. Work is five days per week (avg 41.5 hours) with every other weekend off and 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Motor Trade experience is required.
• Ability to listen to customers and adapt to needs.
• Experience in F&I, deal stacking and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
• Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales.
• Maximising sales and profitability through the D. M. Keith Way.
• Ensure FCA compliance in all sales activities.
• Carry out monthly self-audits of processes.
• Contribute to plans, policies and procedures for timely sales tasks.
• Ensure adherence to all Sales Department procedures.
