Job summary

DM Keith Ltd. Doncaster is seeking a Transaction Manager to drive new and used vehicle sales, and to lead Finance and Insurance efforts in line with FCA regulations.

The role offers an industry-leading package, with training and development from in-house and partner brands, plus opportunities to progress within the group. You will need motor trade experience, excellent customer care, and a proven ability to hit targets while coaching the sales team.

Qualifications

• Motor Trade experience is required.
• Strong sales ability and a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Experience with F&I, deal stacking and coaching/ developing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
• Develop Finance and Insurance sales through vehicle sales.
• Maximise sales and profitability of vehicles and products via the DM Keith Way.
• Ensure FCA compliance in all sales processes and FCA Regulations.
• Carry out monthly self-audits and contribute to policy development.
