Just Motor Group Preston is recruiting a Vehicle Sales Advisor Apprentice for an IMI-Approved Level 2 apprenticeship, combining paid employment with training at The Performance Academy Coventry.
You will learn vehicle product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques while working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Travel training to Coventry is required; 40-hour week with off-the-job learning.

Just Motor Group Preston is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join as a Vehicle Sales Advisor Apprentice. This apprenticeship provides a structured pathway into automotive sales, combining paid employment with nationally recognised Level 2 training.
Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will gain the skills and knowledge to sell vehicles confidently, provide exceptional customer service, and build product expertise. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Approximately 20% of your working week will be dedicated to Off-the-Job (OTJ) learning, delivered via online classrooms, face-to-face sessions, and block release training at The Performance Academy Coventry.
All training aligns with IMI / ESFA standards, providing nationally recognised qualifications and practical skills to succeed in automotive sales.
Pay is set by the employing Just Motor Group dealership. All apprentices are paid at least the Apprenticeship Minimum Wage, with opportunities for progression as skills develop. https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
