Job summary

FMG is seeking a RRRM Storage & Disposal Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration of vehicles recovered into storage. You will work closely with recovery and storage suppliers, insurers, finance companies and vehicle owners to proactively manage cases, arrange collections and minimise storage durations while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers a structured, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service even in challenging situations.
• Proactive and capable of taking ownership of cases from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify practical solutions.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone calls and busy workloads.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping across multiple systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in administration, customer service, insurance, vehicle recovery or claims environments advantageous but not essential.

About You

• You'll be highly organised and confident managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• You'll have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• You'll enjoy building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service, even in challenging situations.
• You'll be proactive and able to take ownership of cases from start to finish.
• You'll have strong problem-solving skills and be able to identify practical solutions.
• You'll be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls and managing a busy workload.
• You'll have good attention to detail and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• You're confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in an administration, customer service, insurance, vehicle recovery or claims environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
