Ayvens Group is seeking a Vehicle Procurement Administration Executive in Bristol to support day-to-day vehicle procurement activities. You will assist with stock monitoring, reporting, and coordinating campaigns, working with internal teams, manufacturers and brokers.

The role requires strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and good Excel/IT skills. A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of vehicle procurement activities.
• Help set up and manage vehicle sales campaigns.
• Monitor vehicle stock and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Produce reports and maintain management information.
• Support campaigns from launch through to completion.
• Act as a point of contact for queries from internal teams, manufacturers and brokers.
• Assist with rebates, bonuses and buyback administration.
• Look for ways to improve processes and run things more efficiently.
• Maintain strong controls and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial and Operations colleagues.
