Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re committed to creating a high-performing, inclusive and customer-focused culture.***Currently seeking an addition to our Bristol based Fleet Services Team in the form of a Maintenance / Technical Controller.*****Key Purpose*** Control, manage and authorise maintenance expenditure* Provide service excellence to both internal and external customers.* Contain costs, in a way that will not have an adverse effect on customer service**Key Responsibilities*** Efficiently process high volumes of on- line authorisation requests.* Daily enquiries, issuing order numbers and agreeing RMT costs within agreed guidelines with the aim being to minimise these costs in line with providing excellent customer service.* Authorise recharges / reimbursements to customers.* Ensure regular contact with customers, ensuring agreement is sought where required.* Communicate with vehicle manufacturers and liaise with their representatives on issues determined by after sales policy.
