Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Oxford is seeking an experienced Preparation Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our vehicle preparation centre. You will oversee the flow of new and used vehicles and coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Administration to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires outstanding organisation, communication and attention to detail to maintain high standards and efficient vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, vehicle preparation centre, workshop or similar environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of new and used vehicles, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Administration to move vehicles through preparation.
• Maintain vehicle information and management system tracking location, status and progress.
