Job summary

Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our team. You will ensure each vehicle is prepared to meet group standards within 72 hours of arrival, including cosmetic checks and coordinating tasks to completion.

Full training is provided; experience is not essential. You should be driven, detail‑oriented and good at communicating with customers, capable of working independently or as part of a team, with a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
• You must be driven, motivated, disciplined, and able to communicate well with customers; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and confident using technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every vehicle is prepared to meet group standards within 72hrs of arrival, including initial cosmetic inspections.
• Organise all aspects of cosmetic work (wheel refurbishment, painting, trim repairs, valeting) and take photographs for sale readiness.
• Assist the sales manager in writing verbatim comments and reviewing vehicle condition after preparation.
• Organise logistics for returning vehicles to dealerships and preparing them for sale.
