Pybus Recruitment Ltd is assisting a UK accident repair group in Rochester to recruit a Vehicle Painter. The successful candidate will prepare, prime, paint and finish vehicles to insurer and manufacturer standards in a fast-paced workshop.

The role requires at least 3 years of vehicle painting experience, high attention to finish quality, and the ability to work within team-based, deadline-driven environments. Salary reflects a basic and overtime structure with a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

Full‑time, permanent – Monday to Friday

1 in 2 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

We are now looking for a skilled Vehicle Painter to join the team in Eastleigh. This role suits someone with at least 3 years’ vehicle painting experience who can consistently deliver the highest quality finishes in a modern, fast‑paced, and clean working environment.

The Role

As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, painting, and finishing vehicles to insurer and manufacturer standards. You will work closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
