Job summary

ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED is recruiting a Vehicle Paint Sprayer for its Activate Accident Repair team in Bristol. You will paint and prep motor vehicles to high quality standards, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

The ideal candidate holds ATA/NVQ Level 3 with solid communication, problem-solving and time management skills. The role offers development opportunities within a growing UK business and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ATA / NVQ level 3 or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Paint and prep motor vehicles to a high standard.
• Carry out painting in a safe, economical manner.
• Observe and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
• Accurately mix paints and manage drying processes.

Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team, and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair.

Painting and prepping of Motor vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types.
• Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
• Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
• Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment.
• Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.
• Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times.
• Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.

Skills and experience

• ATA / NVQ level 3

• Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
