Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic in Bristol with a clear path to a Mastertech role. You will perform general service, diagnostics, and repairs, and partake in road tests and MOT duties as part of a busy service team.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or higher in vehicle maintenance or a related field, and offers progression, funded qualifications, training, and a competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000 with a £5k bonus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or above in vehicle maintenance or equivalent is required.
• Role involves general service and maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Candidate will progress into a Mastertech with supported training.

Responsibilities

• General service and maintenance of vehicles.

• Carry out road tests when required; assist MOT preparation.
