Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a well-established regional dealer in Bristol to recruit a Vehicle Technician. The role covers general service, maintenance and diagnostics, with road tests and MOT preparation as needed. You will work closely with the service advisor team to ensure smooth processes.

This position offers clear progression to a Mastertech, funded qualifications and training, and a salary of £30,000–£40,000 plus a £5k bonus, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or above in vehicle maintenance or related field.
• Experience with general service, maintenance and diagnostics.
• Willingness to undertake funded qualifications and training.

Responsibilities

• General service and maintenance duties.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and vehicle repair.
• Carry out road tests when required and assist with MOT preparation.
• Liaise with service advisor team to ensure a smooth process.

Education
