Vehicle Mechanic/Apprenticeship Coach (MoD)

Remote, South West travel

£36,400 + Work from home + Travel to sites + 7.5% Pension + Share Scheme + Other Benefits

In this role, the successful Vehicle Mechanic/Apprenticeship Coach would be managing work plans and delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits, as well as supporting, motivating, and coaching all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.

THE ROLE:

• Deliver against your Key Performance Indicators, arrange and attend scheduled visits, and complete all required documentation.
• Support, motivate, and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Monitor and review learners in line with the customers' expectations.

THE PERSON:

• Vehicle Mechanic, NVQ level 3 or similar.
• Happy to work from home and travel to various sites across the South West.
