Logic 360 Group is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their professional body shop team at Gatwick Airport. You will repair and replace damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and customer satisfaction.

This permanent role offers a 42.5 hour week with weekend overtime available. The ideal candidate will have IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body Repair, proven panel-beating experience, welding and jig skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Panel Beater to join our client’s professional body shop team. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method.
• Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels.
• Use welding, filling, and straightening techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards and within agreed timescales.
• Work collaboratively with paint sprayers, MET technicians, and preppers to complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualification and Experience

• IMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a body shop or accident repair centre.
• Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel alignment techniques.
• Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Full UK / EU driving licence.
