Job summary

Resource Management Solutions is seeking Inbound & Outbound Vehicle Inspectors for a temporary ongoing role in Killingholme. The position is outdoors, involves directing vehicles, logging via tablet, and performing basic inspections to ensure safety and quality.

Shifts are full-time with varied patterns, offering 37.5 hours weekly. You must be over 22, hold a full driving licence (no DR10 offences), and be reliable with strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate labelling of all vehicles.
• Communicate parking instructions to drivers.

Exciting Opportunity! We Have New Positions Available and we are looking for Inbound & Outbound Vehicle Inspectors.

• Location: Killingholme
• Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
• Pay Rate: £12.95P/H, paid weekly every Friday.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. Site operating hours: 6:00am - 8:00pm (Variety of shift patterns available within these times) 37.5 hours per week, overtime available if wanted

About the Role:

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are seeking Vehicle Inspectors. This is an outdoor position where you will play a key role in ensuring all vehicles are inspected, logged and parked in the correct area in a safe and secure manner.

Key responsibilities of the Role:

• Direct arriving vehicles to designated parking areas within the compound, ensuring visitor paperwork is signed and vehicles are logged into the system via tablet.
• Coordinate with the administration team on all arrivals and departures.
• Inspect vehicles being loaded and unloaded onto trucks.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) as required, including checks on fluid levels, battery, tyre pressure, and safety features (lights, brakes, and wipers). Ensure both the interior and exterior are free from defects or damage, meeting quality standards.
• Ensure accurate labelling of all vehicles.
• Communicate with drivers regarding parking instructions within the compound.
• Move vehicles through designated lanes efficiently and promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Carry out other duties as required in line with the role’s level and responsibilities.

Who You Are:

• Must be over the age of 22 and hold a full Driving license with less than 6 pp/ No DR10 Offences
• Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
