Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution (NVD UK) is seeking a Vehicle Handler in Southampton to efficiently check and dispatch stock. You will manage the high-volume movement of 60+ vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and perform detailed vehicle inspections and stock checks.

You will contribute to the general maintenance and upkeep of our vehicle compounds while working up to six days per week with evening shifts. A full driving license is required and a positive attitude is essential.

Role Summary

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of vehicle stock. Key duties include the thorough checking and dispatch of vehicles, managing the high‑volume movement of 60 or more vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and performing detailed vehicle‑specific inspections and stock checks. The role also involves contributing to the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle compounds.
