Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Peterborough with the recruitment of Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics. This role covers diagnostics, servicing and repair on a range of vehicles within a premium automotive environment.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a working garage is required, with training provided to progress to senior levels. Salary £35,000-£45,000 with an OTE up to £68,000, and a Monday-to-Friday 08:00-17:00 shift.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Time Served Experience would be considered.
• EV Experience is preferable.
• MOT testing licence (preferred but not essential).
• Good diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience in a main dealer or high-quality independent workshop.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• High-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repair work on a range of vehicles.
• Deliver first-time fixes with strong technical expertise.
