Job summary

Command Recruitment seeks a Diagnostic Technician to service, maintain and diagnose vehicles, with full training provided. Previous main dealer experience is preferred and there are opportunities to work with multiple brands and earn performance bonuses.

The role includes an employee car scheme, pension contributions, generous leave, staff discounts and access to technical development programmes, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds) is required.
• Main dealer experience preferred.
• Diagnostic experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding, with full training available.
• Work to high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• Develop technical knowledge through ongoing training and upskilling.
