Job summary

Fareham Body Shop in Fareham is seeking a Vehicle Damager Assessor / VDA Estimator. This full-time role offers up to £40k basic plus a bonus, with an OTE around £55k. 42.5 hours per week,Monday to Friday, no weekends. You will prepare estimates and ensure repairs meet safety, specification, and profitability targets.

Experience: minimum 3 years VDA preferred; must hold a full, valid driving licence. Benefits include health plan, pension contributions, and generous holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Produce initial and updated estimates for insurers/customers.
