Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within a bodyshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating techniques.
• Ability to use estimating software confidently and effectively.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed repair reports for insurance claims and internal use.
• Communicating effectively with customers, insurance assessors, and repair teams.
• Ensuring repair jobs meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Using estimating software to produce precise valuations.
• Managing repair estimates with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
