OC Motor Repairs in Liverpool is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator to join a busy motor-trade team. You will prepare accurate accident-repair estimates using Audatex, coordinate additional work and build strong customer relationships.

The role emphasises precise estimating, communicating repair times, authorising extra work, and identifying sales opportunities while working closely with the body shop.

• Repair Estimating: Collate estimates for body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system
• Repair Time and Authorisation: Calculate the time required for necessary repairs and inform the body shop when additional work is authorised

SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum + Bonus +Benefits

JOB OVERVIEW

This is a strong opportunity to join a busy motor-trade team where accurate estimating and customer relationships matter. The Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator will support efficient accident-repair planning using Audatex.

Working closely with the body shop, the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator will calculate repair times and communicate authorisation for additional work.

Customer contact is also central, with the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator building relationships while identifying appropriate sales opportunities.

Your duties as the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator include:

• Repair Estimating: Collate estimates for body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system

• Repair Time and Authorisation: Calculate the time required for necessary repairs and inform the body shop when additional work is authorised

• Customer Relationships and Sales: Build customer relationships while maximising appropriate sales opportunities
