OC Motor Repair Limited is recruiting a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator to join a busy motor-trade team in the West Midlands. You will prepare accurate accident-repair estimates using Audatex, coordinate additional work, and build lasting customer relationships.

Join our busy motor-trade team at OC Motor Repair, preparing accurate accident-repair estimates with Audatex, coordinating additional work and building customer relationships. Motor-trade knowledge or experience is essential, alongside strong organisation, judgement and computer skills.

£40,000 to £50,000 per annum + Bonus +Benefits

JOB OVERVIEW

This is a strong opportunity to join a busy motor-trade team where accurate estimating and customer relationships matter. The Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator will support efficient accident-repair planning using Audatex.

Working closely with the body shop, the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator will calculate repair times and communicate authorisation for additional work.

Customer contact is also central, with the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator building relationships while identifying appropriate sales opportunities.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator include:

• Repair Estimating: Collate estimates for body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system

• Repair Time and Authorisation: Calculate the time required for necessary repairs and inform the body shop when additional work is authorised

• Customer Relationships and Sales: Build customer relationships while maximising appropriate sales opportunities
