Job summary

Igloo Ltd is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor in Northampton to deliver accurate, fully costed repair estimates. You will use Audatex to generate detailed assessments and manage your workload efficiently, while identifying upsell opportunities and handling non-fault claims.

A full UK driving licence and solid knowledge of body repairs are essential. The role offers a basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000 with performance bonuses and an annual review, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator in accident repair.
• Proficient with Audatex for repair estimates.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.
• Strong communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate, fully costed repair estimates.
• Produce detailed estimates using Audatex.
• Manage your own workload and ensure timely assessments.
• Identify upsell opportunities and non-fault claim repairs.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone.
• Apply knowledge of body repairs and paint processes when assessing damage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure repairs progress smoothly.
