Job summary

Stripe Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor for a client in Hayes, Greater London. You will accurately assess a variety of vehicles, record data in estimating systems, and maintain clear communication with bodyshops, insurers, and customers.

Applicants should have VDA experience in an accident repair centre and be proficient with AUDATEX; Auto Flow experience is a plus. This full-time role is based in Hayes, near London, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre.
• Experience using AUDATEX estimating software is required.
• Experience with Auto Flow is an advantage.

Stripe Recruitment are looking for VDA Estimator for one of our growing Accident Repair Group Clients based in the Hayes.

Key responsibilities as a VDA Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
• Record on computerised estimating systems
• Communicate with Bodyshop Staff
• Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
• Communicate with customers to provide updates

Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Must have experience working as Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre.
• Must have experience using AUDATEX estimating software
• Experience with "Auto Flow" software is an advantage
• ATA is advantageous but not essential
• Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills
