Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy accident repair centre in Darlington. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and work with Audatex.

The ideal candidate has an apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, ATA/IMI/SVQ qualification, and experience in a fast-paced shop. A commercial mindset and bonus hours ability are desirable. The role offers a competitive salary up to £46,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
• Technical qualification such as NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ.
• ATA qualification and Audatex certificate preferred.
• Experience in a busy body shop.

Vehicle Damage Assessor

Annual Salary: Up to£46,000 per annum
Location: Darlington
Working hours: 42.5 Hours Monday-Friday

Our client is looking for a talented and efficient Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator to join this family run group and help continue with their growth.

Qualifications required for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator:

• You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ)
• You must have previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours
• You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques using Audatex
• Must have previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, must have a ATA qualified and ideally have an up to date Audatex certificate
• Commercial experience is a MUST
