Job summary

Igloo Ltd in Peterborough is seeking Compound Drivers to join one of the UK’s leading car remarketing and auction companies. You will safely move vehicles around a large compound, manoeuvre into bays and report any damage.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, minimum age 23, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Weekly pay, onsite parking and long-term opportunities are offered by the client.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Minimum age 23 for insurance purposes.
• Confident driving various makes and models.
• Previous driving experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely move vehicles within a large compound.
• Manoeuvre and park vehicles in bays and workshops.
• Handle a variety of vehicles, from small cars to high-performance models.
• Drive manual, automatic, and semi-automatic transmissions.
• Inspect vehicles before moving and report any damage.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
