Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, seeks a Vehicle Collection Class 1 Driver in Teesside to collect and load vehicles onto an HGV. You will be loading/offloading, adhering to height restrictions, and liaising with clients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
• Recovery/car transporter experience is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive + Vehicle collection bonus & overtime

The Opportunity:

You will be collecting vehicles from various locations. Be loading and offloading collected vehicles from our clients and customers onto your HGV using the vehicle winch where required. Height and weight restrictions will apply, and you will need to record height before every journey using the measuring stick and cab height indicator.

• Loading and offloading to and from our HGV vehicles
• Driving as per regulations and legislations regarding working and driving regulations and height restrictions

Here's what you bring:

• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• Previous recovery/car transporter experience would be an advantage (full company training will be provided)
• You should have good communication and customer service skills
• Be self-motivated, organised and resilient
