Job summary

Vertu Hyundai Administration Hub in Mansfield is recruiting a Vehicle Administration Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive high standards in vehicle administration. You will oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support colleagues across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, organised processes, and a keen eye for detail. A basic salary is up to £33,000, with a company car, and full-time Monday–Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading administrative teams
• Experience managing administration functions across multiple sites
• Motor retail experience is essential
• Kerridge/Keyloop experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Vehicle Administration team.
• Coach and support Vehicle Administration Consultants.
• Ensure vehicle administration processes are accurate and timely.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records for compliance.
• Process vehicle invoices and taxation promptly.
• Manage vehicle orders from factory to delivery.
• Coordinate subcontracted work and monitor progress.
• Deliver a positive experience for internal and external customers.
