Nova Wakefield District, Wakefield-based charity, seeks a VCSE Development Coach to help local voluntary, community and social enterprise groups build confidence and strengthen their organisations.
You will provide one-to-one guidance, help start-ups, offer funding information and bid-writing support, design and deliver training, and connect groups with networks and resources to maximise impact.

We are a small Wakefield-based charity with a big impact for community groups, charities and social enterprises across the district. We do this through networks, funding, advocacy and specialist advice – that’s where you could come in.
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly and collaborative team following a recent review of priorities and role. Someone that is passionate about working with the diverse range of Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations who create positive change in local communities. Support from our team helps 6 in 10 members to grow and develop, so it’s a fantastic way to use your skills to make a lasting impact.
