A progressive community organization in Norwich is seeking a Career Coach to support service users in their journey to apprenticeships and employment. This role is part of a national project funded by a major employer, offering a salary of £27,500 per annum with hybrid working options. Ideal candidates will excel in coaching and possess strong interpersonal skills alongside a positive problem-solving approach.

The role of Career Coach is an excellent opportunity to work within the local community, across a new national green skills and employability project, funded by Shell. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working alongside an experienced employability team, you will support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education, and training opportunities, on their journey into Net Zero Careers.
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term (MAT Cover)
Flexibility: Hybrid working - office based work and outreach work across Norfolk & Suffolk, with opportunities for remote working
*Some evening and weekend working may occasionally be required.
