Job summary

A technology services provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a VMWare VCF Engineer for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be involved in designing, building, and improving a private cloud platform while ensuring adherence to Data-Centric Security principles. Candidates should have previous experience in infrastructure engineering and a strong grounding in networking and storage. This position requires important security clearances prior to appointment and is full-time on site in Hampshire.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with VCF or similar infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Data-Centric Security principles.
  • Experience in networking, storage, and platform monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build our private cloud platform using VMware Cloud Foundation.
  • Translate requirements into scalable VCF reference architectures.
  • Plan and maintain secure virtualized environments.
