AWRC Asian Women's Resource Centre is seeking a confident VAWG Training and Development Worker to design and deliver specialist training, workshops and awareness sessions for professionals, community organisations, volunteers and partner agencies.

You’ll develop engaging learning resources and deliver sessions covering areas such as domestic abuse, coercive control, safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, harmful practices, forced marriage and barriers experienced by Black and minoritised women.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training/workshops and developing learning materials.
• Experience in VAWG, safeguarding or community settings.
• Able to engage confidently with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver specialist training, workshops and awareness sessions for professionals, community organisations, volunteers and partner agencies.
• Develop engaging learning resources and deliver sessions on domestic abuse, coercive control, safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, harmful practices, forced marriage, and barriers faced by Black and minoritised women.
