Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP. is seeking a GVRC Compliance Manager to lead VAT compliance engagements and quality assurance across the UK, EU, and international markets. You will deliver accurate VAT filings, provide expert insights, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge development within the VAT compliance team.

The role emphasises client relationship management, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-border teams to support complex VAT requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong VAT compliance skills, ideally from a European or global role.
• Passion for VAT process improvement and technology enablement.
• Solid experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and similar tools.
• Excellent relationship management and the ability to handle international projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for clients and oversee accuracy of indirect tax filings.
• Deliver accurate, timely VAT compliance services across UK, EU, and international markets.
