RSM UK is seeking a GVRC Compliance Manager to lead VAT compliance engagements across the UK, EU and beyond. You’ll oversee the accuracy of indirect tax filings and act as the central contact for clients, delivering high-quality tax reporting for a diverse client portfolio.

You will mentor junior team members, drive process improvements, and leverage Excel and Alteryx to increase efficiency. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to shape VAT services globally.

Join our team at RSM UK as the GVRC Compliance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our VAT compliance services across the UK, EU, and beyond. As the GVRC Compliance Manager, you’ll take the lead on VAT compliance engagements, providing insightful analysis, quality assurance, and exceptional client service. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, oversee the accuracy of all indirect tax filings, and work closely with clients to understand their business models and VAT needs. Additionally, you'll mentor junior team members, ensuring their growth and supporting RSM’s commitment to excellence.
